Answers to Your Questions
What is included?
Our Managed WordPress accounts are designed to give you everything you need for one simple price. Rather than pay for webhosting, a domain name, an SSL certificate, maintenance, backup and security separately, we include it all. PLUS we give you access to the Premium Themes and Plugins that we have licences for and can provide dedicated help and support in developing and growing your wesbite.
What package is best for me?
Have a chat with us and we’ll make sure you don’t end up paying more than you need to. For a basic site, if you’re happy doing a lot of the updates yourself, the Basic package should be fine. Most of our customers are using the Standard package though, with additional peace of mind and two hours of on-call support to help keep their site updated.
Is there a minimum term or small print?
Not particularly, no. However, do be aware that the blocks of time are “up to” guidance and do not roll over.
What Premium Plugins are included?
We have Developer Licences for many of the most popular WordPress Themes and Plugins, which means we can share these with you at no additional cost whilst you have your services with us. Many of our customers are saving over £500 through this alone. We love using Divi Theme, and also have access to DiviOverlays and many other Divi-specific plugins. Gravity Forms is another firm favourite of ours, and you’ll see this on many of the sites we manage, whether simply capturing data or orders & payment. The full list is changing all the time, but please do get in contact with us to check if we have something to do what you need.
What does the ‘hours’ of time include?
A lot of our customers like to know that we can take care of updating their content and style occasionally. Whether it’s adding a new page, cleaning up a blog post, or enhancing some other form of content. There’s a common theme here, but chat to us about your needs and we can explain how it would best work for you, as we realise “up to 2 hours” likely means nothing to most people.
