London Dental Surgery Centre (LDSC) approached us for help and advice in updating their website, initially built by another company. Most of the content on the site was still relevant, but they were unhappy with some of the layout and functionality.
Rather than build a new website, we kept costs down by refreshing the current site, cleaning up the styles and layouts, and replacing the site builder that was being used.
They previously had a downloadable PDF referral form, which we replaced with an online form with dynamic sections that show only when appropriate, and the site was moved to our hosting platform.
We’ve loved getting to know the team and the intricacies of GDC requirements. Their social media feeds are automatically displayed on the website and we also monitor their Google Business Profile and Analytics.

Paul was a huge help to us when half the electrics at home failed. He found the root cause of the problem, replaced the dodgy work undertaken by the previous owners, and later ensured that the rest of the house was safe and up to standards.
Paul had done little marketing for his new business, and all his customers came through word of mouth.
We added his business to Google Maps, with details of the services he offered and the times he was available. He was amazed by the influx of work that it generated, and within a couple of weeks he was booked up for the next four months!
Google Business Profiles are a powerful and FREE tool that most businesses can use to help get visibility. Like everything though, there are ways to maximise the potential and some potential pitfalls to avoid. Steve was one of the early adopters of Google’s Local Guides programme – still has the t0shirt to prove it – and remains one of the highest-ranking editors in the UK.
